“ It was a pleasure to have such remarkable service.
The job at hand was to move three stations to include a full service panel, a manual release station, and a spurt release station. All three moves required wiring and new conduit RUNS AND TWO STATIONS REQUIRED NEW BLACK PIPE TO BE INSTALLED.
There were three issues which Ross corrected along with finishing the job above. The first two issues were re-tasking Ross during the initial job. One was to do the entire head being charged and needing to be drained prior to the black pipe removal and replacement. This was an issue we created. The second was that another cell needed some rework due to our lack of planning. The third issue was the black pipe did not go in as planned and will need to be reworked The condensed version is the system is back up and protecting the research cells so we are able to support our customers in the new year and on time.-
I work with quite a few contractors here at the WPAFB and have worked with many more in the past. None have matched this service. There was no him-hawing around and no excuses. With any job things go right and things go wrong. I consider customer interference and installations not going well the worst. Ross had both to contend with and excelled despite the adversity.
